在高等教育全面推进课程思政的大背景下，神经病学专业硕士研究生课程思政建设至关重要。本研究聚焦于教学案例库的建设与实践，旨在将思政元素深度融入专业教学。通过组建多学科团队，深入挖掘神经病学临床、科研及学科史中的思政素材，本团队精心构建了涵盖神经疾病诊疗规范与职业道德、科研创新精神以及医学人文关怀等多维度案例库。经在硕士研究生课程中的实际应用，采用问卷调查、学生学业表现评估等方式进行效果评价。结果显示，案例库有效提升学生思政素养，激发专业学习热情，增强医患沟通能力，促进学生对社会责任的认知，为神经病学专业研究生培养提供坚实保障，也为同类医学专业课程思政建设提供了可借鉴的实践范例。

Under the backdrop of the comprehensive promotion of ideological and political education in higher education curricula, the construction of ideological and political education in the neurology master’s program is of critical importance. This study focuses on the construction and practice of a teaching case library, aiming to deeply integrate ideological and political elements into professional teaching. By forming a multidisciplinary team, it delves into the ideological and political materials in the clinical, research, and disciplinary history of neurology, meticulously constructing a case library covering multiple dimensions including diagnostic and treatment standards and professional ethics for neurological disorders, the spirit of scientific research innovation, and medical humanistic care. Through practical application in the master’s program and evaluation by means of questionnaires and assessment of students’ academic performance, the results showed that the case library effectively enhanced students’ ideological and political literacy, stimulated their enthusiasm for professional learning, improved their communication skills with patients, and promoted their awareness of social responsibility. This provided a solid support for the cultivation of neurology master’s students and offered a practical example for the construction of ideological and political education in similar medical professional courses.
