抗幽门螺杆菌治疗后出现吉兰-巴雷综合征：1例报告及文献复习
Guillain-Barre syndrome after anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment: A case report and literature review
目的：提高临床上对幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）与吉兰-巴雷综合征（Guillain-Barre syndrome，GBS）相关性的认识。
方法：报告1例Hp感染治疗后出现GBS患者的临床诊治经过，结合文献复习，重点探讨Hp感染与GBS的相关性。
结果：患者急性起病，前驱有Hp感染史。以消化道症状为首发表现，症状逐渐加重，进而出现双下肢对称性无力，腱反射减弱。脑脊液检查发现蛋白-细胞分离现象。电生理检查提示周围神经脱髓鞘改变，表现为远端运动神经传导潜伏期延长、传导速度减慢、F波异常、传导阻滞及波形离散。患者最终诊断为GBS，予以标准免疫治疗后，患者预后良好。
结论：对于接受Hp治疗的患者，若出现急性消化道及周围神经系统相关症状，临床上应早期识别是否为Hp感染诱发的GBS，以期做到早诊断和早治疗，改善患者预后。
/ "> Objective: To enhance the clinical understanding of the correlation between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS). / "> Methods: This paper reports the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with GBS caused by Hp infection. Combined with literature review, the correlation between Hp and GBS is mainly explored. / "> Results: The patient had an acute onset and a history of Hp infection. The initial manifestation was gastrointestinal symptoms, which gradually worsen, leading to symmetrical weakness in both lower limbs and weakened tendon reflexes. Cerebrospinal fluid examination revealed protein-cell dissociation. Electrophysiological examination indicated demyelinating changes in peripheral nerves, manifested as prolonged distal motor nerve conduction latency, slowed conduction velocity, abnormal F-waves, conduction block and waveform dispersion. The patient was ultimately diagnosed with GBS. After standard immunotherapy, the patient had a good prognosis. / "> Conclusion: For the acute occurrence of digestive symptoms and peripheral nervous system-related symptoms in patients with Hp infection, it is particularly important in clinical practice to identify early whether GBS is induced by Hp infection, in order to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment and improve the prognosis of patients.
